1、鏡頭的成像尺寸應與工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡攝像機CCD靶面尺寸相一致,如前所述,有1英寸、2/3英寸、1/2英寸、1/3英寸、1/4英寸、1/5英寸等規(guī)格。

2、鏡頭的分辨率描述鏡頭成像質(zhì)量的內(nèi)在指標是鏡頭的光學傳遞函數(shù)與畸變,但對擁護而言,需要了解的僅僅是鏡頭的空間分辨率,以每毫米能夠分辨的黑白條紋數(shù)為計量單位,計算公式為:鏡頭分辨率N=180/畫幅格式的高度。由于工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡攝像機CCD靶面大小已經(jīng)標準化,如1/2英寸攝象機,其靶面為寬6.4mm*高4.8mm,1/3英寸攝象機為寬4.8mm*高3.6mm。因此對1/2英寸格式的CCD靶面,鏡頭的低分辨率應為38對線/mm,對1/3英寸格式攝象機,鏡頭的分辨率應大于50對線,攝象機的靶面越小,對鏡頭的分辨率越高。

3、鏡頭焦距與視野角度首先根據(jù)工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡攝象機到被監(jiān)控目標的距離,選擇鏡頭的焦距,鏡頭焦距f確定后,則由攝象機靶面決定了視野。

4、光圈或通光量鏡頭的通光量以鏡頭的焦距和通光孔徑的比值來衡量,以F為標記,每個鏡頭上均標有其大的F值,通光量與F值的平方成反比關系,F值越小,則光圈越大。所以應根據(jù)被監(jiān)控部分的光線變化程度來選擇用手動光圈還是用自動光圈鏡頭。
